Dandelion Fluff Card
Hypothetically speaking, let's say you forgot it was card exchange week until the day of. Then you are frantically looking for inspiration. And you spy the quilt batting from one of your latest projects just sitting there. And since it's not winter you can't use it for a snowman. What's the next best thing? A dandelion card of course! Hypothetically speaking.....
Dorky Purse
I made this purse for my nieces birthday. Too bad the pattern was totally retarded. Whoever made the pattern and the directions should be fired. Maybe the directions were for a totally different purse? But whatever. I improvised. And this is what I got. Sorry Hannah. At least you are only 9 and maybe you won't notice it's so dorky.

Wooden Flag
Family reunion time with my inlaws=AWESOME CRAFTS! Like this beaut here. My mother in law had all of these wood pieces, the buttons & approximately 4000000000 different cool papers to pick from. Don't ask me where she got the idea, b/c I don't know. All I know is this looked fabulous for 4th of July.

Ruffly Skirt
With Motherhood comes the title of Suckerhood. So when Katie said "Mom-I really want this ruffly skirt to wear in 4 hours for when I give a talk at church" my suckerhood came out and I found myself elbow deep in ruffles. It turned out dang good if I do say so myself. I even sacrificed a vintage t-shirt of mine from my 1992 Polar Bear Swim to the cause. We got the instructions from Ruffles and Stuff here: http://www.rufflesandstuff.com/2010/04/murpheys-layered-skirt.html. Now the other 2 want one.....

Pwetty Fwowers
We just can't get enough of making flowers around here. It usually smells like a smoking candle most of time. We have branched out into making a couple with lace after seeing a few tutorials on them. I'd link it up to them, but I don't know which ones they were. Again, I am glad we have so many girls here to justify my flower obsession.
